Endodontics and Root Canal
This term comes from the Greek words endo (inside) and odons (tooth) and refers to the dental specialty that deals with injuries and diseases that impact the tooth pulp and the tissues surrounding the root of a tooth.
Tooth Trauma Treatments
You don’t have to be a professional athlete to sustain a major league
tooth injury. Whether you become aware of damage to your teeth immediately
or some time after your injury, we will do everything we can to preserve
and repair the tooth.
Root Canal Treatments
Some patients have an abscess, which is an infection of the nerves within
the teeth. These infections create powerful pressure that can result
in painful toothaches, bumps on the gum and even swelling of the face.
Root canal treatments replace this infected nerve with a synthetic substance
in order to prevent infection and related damage from hurting an otherwise
healthy tooth.
